TITANthermo PVC windows are a result of many years’ MS beyond WINDOWS experience in manufacturing of window joinery. This innovative product line has been designed especially for Customers who demand the most in terms of aesthetics and energy efficiency. The new windows distinguish themselves by a rounded profile both inside and outside as well as outstanding technical parameters.

TITANthermo windows are manufactured basing on a wide 5-chamber profile, designed especially for great energy efficiency. The new revolutionary system of MS Thermo Reinforcements is used in sashes and frames instead of steel. Thanks to this, heat transfer coefficient for window frames has been reduced to Uf=1.0 W/m2K. In comparison to other 5-chamber profile windows, with 1.0 glass and steel reinforcements, thermal parameters of TITANthermo PVC windows are improved by 33%. Usage of Supertermo glas U=0,5W/m2K. urther improves thermal properties of windows, which translates into lower heating bills. MS Warm Edge spacer limits condensation on glass surface as well as heat loss. Application of anti-burglary fittings with wrought and tempered steel cams, titanium steel catches and Secustic handles is the most reliable solution to improve safety. ADVICE: How to reduce window heat loss even further?
We recommend using SUPERThermo glass U=0,5 (as per PN-EN 674). In addition, fitting roller shutters will cause the heat transfer coefficient for a given opening to drop by another 5 to 15%. It is extremely important to fit the window in a way that reduces cold bridging and heat loss at wall-window joints to a minimum.

ADVICE: How to improve window security?
To further increase safety in your homes, we recommend using security fittings class 1 or 2 and security glass P2 or P4. In addition, fitting roller shutters will increase safety even further.

MS beyond WINDOWS offers standard PVC entry doors and doors with exclusive fillings. Our doors are characterized by the superb quality and elegant design. Unique and special door fillings guarantee excellent thermal and sound isolation.
Both state-of-the-art construction solutions and a special outer coating prevent a door from warping, the impact of detrimental atmospheric factors and ultraviolet light.

Lift-and-slide doors MS iD Design
Modern detached houses and utility buildings are characterised by window openings of significant widths. Responding to those trends we have included PVC lift-and-slide doors, enabling to apply glazing on up to 6m wide walls, in our offer. Two variants of the doors are available:
variant A – double leaf doors with one moveable leaf,
variant C – four leaf doors, in which both inner leaves are moveable.
HS-Portal 300 KF hardware from Siegenia Aubi is applied in the doors. Thus, each user may easily and comfortably open and slide a door leaf weighing even as much as 300kg. The designers did not forget about the solutions limiting the heat losses, either: thermally insulated low aluminium threshold in the standard make, and energy-efficient pane SUPERThermo glass U=0,5 available at the Client’s request.

The new lift-and-slide doors MS iD Design, in the standard make, are equipped with a countersunk handle (from outside) and a half cylinder and a handle enabling to control micro ventilation (from inside). Also, double handles and cylinders are optionally available. An optional automatic control system may be applied in the doors at the Client’s request.

The lift-and-slide doors MS iD Design are available in a rich range of colours of wood-like veneers and a rich spectrum of colours.

Prestige Windows are distinguished by a special mill of casements and grids that give windows a unique charm. A special technology of finishing joinery which makes that silicone invisible from the inside helps us achieve an unmatched product. The whole is completed by a wooden drip in the colour of the window, which perfectly harmonises with the frame and casement colour.

Comfort Windows

By taking advantage of wood’s qualities and meeting Customers’ expectations, MS beyond WINDOWS offers Comfort Windows. They are distinguished by a gentle, streamlined shape. Their soft, rounded frame lines give the impression that this window has no edges at all.
The term Dj68 profile is used to denote one-frame windows with a 68-mm frame wide. This profile is adjusted to European standards and offers the possibility to glaze the windows with pane sets. This profile has the ITB Approval. Thanks to special technological solutions, Comfort Windows can be equipped with aluminium drips, which perfectly pipe water away and protect it against detrimental atmospheric factors. The preservation of the natural wood texture satisfies even the most sophisticated tastes of our Customers.

Anatomy and parametres

MS windows and doors are manufactured on the basis of wood imported from the furthest nooks and crannies of the globe, for instance from Indonesia. Carefully sorted out material performs perfectly as regards insulation parameters and functionality.
Thanks to state of the art technological solutions, three-layer jointed wood is more stiff and resistant to warping caused by moisture and temperature. Joints on sill links are protected twofold by a special sealing agent. This prevents them from absorbing moisture, particularly by heading surfaces. This method guarantees the durability of windows for many years. The application the 72-mm thick glued and laminated lumber made of three wood layers, 24-mm each, without mini dovetails in the outer layers in both meranti and pine windows, allows us to obtain unique aesthetic values. Good parameters of MS wooden windows are proved by the Technical Approval.

Professional hardware allows us to open windows in many ways, adjusted to individual requirements of the individual Customer. Therefore, the operation of even a large casement is possible by little power. The high precision of workmanship and the most innovative hardware systems, for instance the Roll-Royce mechanism installed in the bottom part of the window, facilitates its closing. Envelope hardware guarantees that the casement is perfectly held in the frame and enables us to correct the contact force between the casement and the frame. Thus, we have eliminated the phenomenon of leaky windows.

In addition, the windows leakproofness is improved by applying high quality silicones. They are resistant to detrimental atmospheric factors and do not expose to the phenomenon called “sucking down” as the time goes. Such solution guarantees very tight and soundproof windows. We place various colours of silicones at our Customers’ disposal. Your colour can be tailored to the colour of a certain varnish. As a result, the window aesthetics is better and adjusted to other elements of the interior arrangement. MS applies in wooden windows changeable rebate gaskets with a special Q-lon profile. In the case of mechanical damage, such gaskets can be replaced without taking apart all window elements and violating the wood and varnish. The optional application of an additional Dewenter gasket in the casement allows to obtain the perfect leakproofness of your window.

The glazing of wooden windows is conducted in the standard versions by the use of low-emission thermo panes, with the inter-pane space filled with argon and the thermal conductivity coefficient of u=1,0 , (PN-EN 674:1999) u =0,5. This method allowed us to reduce heat escaping through the pane by nearly threefold in comparison with normal panes, filled with air. Therefore, we have considerably reduced your heating bills.

Better insulation prevents steam from condensing. Such solutions allow us to considerably decrease your spending on heating and air conditioning, and simultaneously, improve the user’s comfort. By saving up energy, we protect our environment. Less energy usage (furnace oil, electricity, gas) means less carbon dioxide which is emitted while producing such energy.

Perfect insulation
Among all materials applied in the window manufacture, wood is characterised by excellent insulation properties. Wooden windows ensure the perfect soundproof and heat loss reduction. In combination with a low-emission pane (U=1.0 W/m 2K), wood allows us to obtain much lower heating costs. Properly adjusted gaskets guarantee their high leakproofness. Also, the MS Warm Edge Spacer has helped us considerably limit the effect of steam condensing on the panes.

Safety
Our windows are characterised by high rigidity and durability. The profile is made of three-layer glued wood. Extra rigidity and strengthening are the result of joining pane sets with frames by means of silicone. Lever-proof protection is ensured by hardware with new, forged and hardened catchers. Thus, our windows are well-protected against opening from outside.

Comfort of use
Modern technical solutions guarantee easy and full operation, as well as simple and easy maintanance. The special Roll-Royce mechanism smoothly and gently guides the casement into the frame and makes it practically unnecessary to use any force to open and close the window.

Wooden doors

MS entry doors are manufactured in compliance with a Customer’s individual project: in a wide palette of colours, a wide choice of panels, with various types of door pulls, locks, handles and knobs, and other accessories. Thanks to the state-of-the-art technologies of gluing wood, ecological varnishes, as well as impregnation agents, our doors are resistant to detrimental atmospheric factors and prolong their usefulness.
MS wooden doors create a special mood, emphasize a style and raise the classical tone of the entire home. The doors made of the top-class pine, meranti and – to special order – other kinds of wood, are exceptionally flexible and durable. Our timber for doors is imported from the furthest nooks and crannies of the globe. The selected material possesses excellent parameters and functional values.

By virtue of innovative technologies and long years’ experience, our Customers have an opportunity to place a special order for non-standard doors. We are capable of producing doors with additional sculptures and ornaments in compliance with a Customer’s individual project.

Door wings are equipped with durable and modern silver BAKA 3D hinges, produced by Simonswerk. In addition, as a standard, doors opened to the outside have a lever-proof block placed near hinges. These doors are offered along with wooden door frames.

We place at our Customers’ disposal a wide array of covering colours on the basis of the RAL system, as well as a variety of stains and varnishes. They help us to emphasize the noblest character and the structure of wood.

Aluminium windows and doors

MS has aluminium windows, doors and installation systems on offer. The selection of aluminium as construction material is the result of its versatililty and numerous advantages, which put it in the first class of sophisticated and durable construction materials.

Aluminium frames have been designed in concordance with European standards and are adjusted to a wide range of accessories and extra mechanisms. Aluminium systems, used in the construction industry, are based on aluminium profiles without thermal insulation (the so-called ‘cold profiles’) and heat-insulating profiles (‘warm profiles’). We recommend using aluminium products mainly in public utility institutions, where what matters the most is structure solidity.

Aluminium enclosures
With the use of aluminium profile systems we construct enclosures of the following (and more) types: concertina walls, patios, loggias, balconies and sliding doors and walls.

Concertina walls
We offer concertina walls based on the aluminium profile systems of thermo ALU+, thermo ALU, standard ALU i economic ALU.

Such enclosures are composed of from 3 to 6 segments, of which one is functional and allows regular traffic of people, and from 2 to 5 are concertinaed and allow for the opening of a maximum clearance for passage.

Patio
We offer patio enclosures based on the aluminium profile systems of thermo ALU+, thermo ALU, standard ALU i economic ALU.
Special hardware makes it possible to produce a window that will be a tilt and sliding window divided into one fixed glazing casement and one or two casements with a fixed or moving mullion. Such a construction offers an option of using burglarproof hardware, or putting handles on both sides.

Our window sills match the type of the windows, walls colours, style and equipment in the room. They perfectly harmonize with all décor elements and are a natural ornament of each home.
